From 2000-2008, this was built on our fine dining restaurants in Lewes – Circa, Circa Fish and Circa at Pelham House. And since 2004, we have also run our outside catering operation, Circa Events.

Circa Events’ experienced and professional team, led by director/head chef Marc Bolger, ensures that every aspect of your event is tailor-made to your specifications. We pride ourselves on our innovative menus, creative presentation, flexible service, and fine eye for detail. Our professional event managers, led by Sarah Penlington, will work with you one-to-one, to plan your event with precision.

Based on the Sussex Downs near Brighton, Marc sources many local and organic products from in and around Sussex. The food is prepared in our farm kitchen by award winning chefs and transported to your event.
